The Association’s “Professional Support Service to Parents" user interviewed by TOPick (Chinese Only)
不少媽媽說母親節最好的禮物是子女健康快樂成長，育有3名特別學習需要(SEN)子女的媽媽Bonny亦一樣。她接受TOPick的母親節訪問時表示收到最好的母親節禮物是子女能獨當一面，並感恩在小女兒確診自閉症後，即時致電協會「樂意聽」電話諮詢專線，接聽的註冊社工很快就安排她和女兒接受「樂同行」支援服務。
除了3名SEN子女，Bonny的丈夫和家翁被推斷也是自閉症患者，樂觀的Bonny在訪問中分享自己一路以來如何應對這個特別的家庭。她又提醒同路人家長，照顧SEN子女的同時也不要給自己太大壓力，「照顧子女之時，都要好好愛錫自己，給空間自己，跟孩子一起成長。」

Bonny thanked the registered social worker who answered the Association's ‘Telephone Enquiry Service’ (TES) for immediately arranging her and her youngest daughter to the ‘Professional Support Service to Parents’.
