The Association’s Chairperson as Supervising Guest of Mark Six Lottery
Mrs. Josephine M. W. Tsui Pang, MH , Chairperson of the Association, attended the Mark Six Lottery Draw of the Hong Kong Jockey Club on 1 April 2023 as the scrutineer.
In that TV Programme, riding on the Association’s 60th anniversary, we had introduced our wide range of education and rehabilitation services for person with different types of disabilities at all ages, and contributions that we had made to the society over half of a century. By looking forward, we were particularly delighted to mention the upcoming launching of our Siu Lam Greenery Villa (Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Hostels) by end of this year, one of the service bundles of the biggest integrated rehabilitation complex in Hong Kong.
Taking this opportunity, we sincerely thank the Hong Kong Jockey Club’s support towards the Association’s work all along.

The program introduced the 60th anniversary kick off ceremony this year.
Founded in 1963, the Association initially served children with spasticity.
The Association currently provides four core service areas, including "Children and Family Support Service”, "Special School”, "Adult Service” and "Community Support Services”.
With the aim of "Succeed and Advance”, the Association helps service users discover their potential. The picture shows students from B M Kotewall Memorial School winning music awards.
To become a world-class rehabilitation institution has become the vision of the Association.
Thanks to the Hong Kong Jockey Club for its continuous support, the Association has been able to introduce a number of new technologies and new equipment to benefit more service users.
Siu Lam Greenery Villa (Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Hostels) is expected to commence service in 4th quarter of 2022/23.
The main characters of the 60th anniversary poster are our service users from pre-school centres, schools, hostels and workshops.
