COVID-19 Emergency Response by AIA Foundation Distributing $1,000 supermarket and dining vouchers
AIA Foundation has generously donated $10 Million to Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) for purchasing supermarket and dining vouchers (the Programme), which aims to provide instant financial support to the people with disabilities in response to the challenges brought by the fifth wave of COVID-19. As one of the partners of the Programme, the Association is responsible for handling application and distributing the cash vouchers.
Currently, there are over 10,000 persons with disabilities received the supermarket and dining vouchers issued by the AIA Foundation. The beneficiaries included our Woche Hostel service users Kwok Kee & Yuk Yi, they will use the vouchers to buy food and to relieve the daily expenses.
The Association would like to express our sincere gratitude again to AIA Foundation’s kind support.
