The Parents Resource Hub ─ ‘Be Gentle with Yourself’ Video is officially Released
A group of caregivers gathered together for a botanical painting session, carefully depicting the shapes of leaves. Each brushstroke serves as a gentle message to oneself: "You’ve worked hard—thank you for always protecting me.”Give your shoulders a warm hug.
Funded by The Community Chest, The Parents Resource Hub aims to provide counselling and emotional support for caregivers. The Association regularly organises various activities, such as nature walks, mindfulness sessions, and birthday gatherings, enabling caregivers to expand their social circles, relax their bodies and minds, and achieve inner peace.
