Parents Resource Hub Short Video Series for Carers: ‘Rediscovering the Joys of Life’
The Parents Resource Hub, established by The Association with funding from the Hong Kong Community Chest, is dedicated to supporting parents who utilise the Association's Adult Services. The Hub aims to help these parents relax, connect with like-minded individuals, and foster mutual support and self-help. The Parents Resource Hub recently produced a short video series featuring carers. The first episode, "Rediscovering the Joys of Life," captures the carers enjoying their leisure time through activities such as cooking and listening to stories. This episode serves as a remnder for carers that, while they are busy taking care of their loved ones, it is important to cherish "Me Time," slowing down and relaxing can help them recharge and continue to fulfill their their roles as carers.
