Volunteer service of Kin Sang Church Elderly Centre (Po Tin Branch)
Jockey Club C · Care Programme – SAHK Carers Support Service (JCCCP) always express their respect and caring to the carers by providing manpower and resources. JCCCP worked with the volunteers from Kin Sang Church Elderly Centre (Po Tin Branch) made a batch of beautiful bags - Découpage by hand and delivered to our service users of JCCCP the Jockey Club C · Care Programme – SAHK Carers Support Service. The term - découpage comes from the French découpage, which means cutting out some beautiful patterns and collaging them on homewares. It is a decorative art that reveals personal colours. In this activity, JCCCP selected the pattern of flowers, butterflies and leafs which are colourful and energetic. By making use of the creative ideas, all the bags became unique and we hope the carers could feel our sincerity. JCCCP provides comprehensive support and services for carers and their family members (including people with disabilities) aged over 18 in order to relieve their pressure.
