Role and Responsibility
- Formulating and managing the implementation of the Association's HR policies, procedures, and guidelines for around 2,000 staff members, including staff recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefit management, headcount planning, staff development & employee relations;
- Overseeing the implementation of administration policies and procedures, including procurement, laws and regulations compliance, insurance matters, vehicle management, office events & meetings, and managing renovation projects;
- Supervising the HR & Admin Team and responsible for HR and Administrative assignments and projects as required;
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Human Resources Management and Remuneration Committee.
Requirement and Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
- With at least 8 years of Human Resources and Administration managerial experience in a sizeable company, with NGO-relevant working experience preferable;
- Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR-related Ordinances;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
